The Dolphin PCI Express Gen3 PX interconnect takes advantage of PCI Express NTB technology from PLX/Avago/Broadcom and enables low latency processor to processor and processor to IO device communication.
Dolphin's SuperSockets, optimized TCP/IP drivers and SISCI API are fully supported using any of the NTB cards, providing a standard software model for general processor communication.
Used in transparent mode, a card will run without the need for special drivers, supports legacy devices, and device drivers.
