Anne-Grete Ellingsen - Chairman of the Board.

Anne-Grete Ellinsen is executive director of strategy and business development with Statkraft Agder Energy (SAE) Vind. Before joining SAE Vind she was managing director of Agder Produksjon AS, in charge of hydropower production. Ellingsen’s previous work experience includes director of the Affinity/ partner marked (banking, insurance) Gjensidige Group, managing director of the Federation of Norwegian Commercial and Service Enterprises (HSH), several management positions in up- and downstream operations with Statoil and Elf Aquitaine (now Total) in Norway abroad and both in operations on- and offshore. She has been Secretary General of the World Petroleum Congress and State Secretary of the Ministry of Oil and Petroleum. Ms. Ellingsen has more than 15 years of experience as a board member of privately owned and listed companies. Ms. Ellingsen holds a BSc in chemistry, a MSc. in Petroleum Technology, a BSc. in Economics and an Executive Master in Energy Management. She has participated in AFFs leadership courses for managers and senior executives. Ellingsen is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Kristiansand, Norway.

Ole Henrik Eide  – Deputy Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Eide has been on the board since June 2007. He has for the last 4 years been an independent business advisor for health care and technology companies. Previously he has headed the asset management for several institutions, and was directly engaged in growth companies in Norway and USA. He has held management positions in the various Norwegian companies, and has served on the board on several companies in the technology industry. Mr. Eide holds a MBA from the University of Utah. Mr Eide is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Bærum, Norway.

Marit Elisabeth Døving – Board member.

Døving has long and diverse management experience from Norwegian and international telecom-, software-, and IT companies. The majority of her Executive experience comes from large organizations headquartered in Norway, the US, France and the UK. Her Non executive experience comes from serving as board member or chairman in a variety of publicly listed and privately held companies globally. Previous executive responsibilities include Executive Vice President of Global Marketing at Symbian Ltd, London, CEO of Consorte Group ASA, Oslo, Vice President, responsible for Marketing and Customer Relationships, Mobilix AS, Copenhagen (later Orange Denmark), and Executive Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of the Telenor Group, Oslo. Døving is a Norwegian citizen, resident in London, United Kingdom.

Hege Eikeland – Board member.

Hege Eikeland is currently the CEO of Consema AS – a management and investment-company partially owned by Skeie Group in Kristiansand. In this position, Ms Eikeland has contributed to the development of the Skeie Group’s oil company, Skeie Energy. Previously, Ms Eikeland has held a number of different management and administrative positions within the insurance- and real-estate industries. Ms Eikeland is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Sandnes, Norway.

Terje Rogne – Board member.

Terje Rogne is currently Chairman of Vakt Service AS, Arvani AS and Projectiondesign AS, and a Board member of Nordic Semiconductor ASA, Apptix ASA and Unified Messaging Systems AS. From 1994 until 2004, Rogne was Chief Financial Officer of Tandberg ASA. Afterward, he then served as the Head of Operations and Investor Relations for Tandberg until 2008. Before his career in Tandberg, Rogne was Finance Director in Kværner AS. He has a MBA from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Business degree from the Oslo School of Business Administration. Mr. Rogne is a Norwegian citizen.

Simen Thoresen – Board member.

Simen Thoresen is the Systems Administrator at Dolphin ICS. He has been with the company since 1999, performing system administration, support and technical duties. He has been a minor shareholder since 2007, and holds no other board or management positions. Mr. Thoresen is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Strømmen, Norway.

Management Team 

Atle Jacobsen  - Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Jacobsen has 17 years of experience in the offshore E&P industry with several contractors including PGS and Stolt Offshore, Multiwave and Wavefield Inseis.  Before taking the position as CEO in Wavefield Inseis ASA in 2006, he was VP Operations in Multiwave Geophysical Company. As part of the merger between Wavefield Inseis and CGGVeritas he entered in to the position SVP Marin Product Line in CGGVeritas until October 2009. Jacobsen holds a Master of Science in Nautical Engineering from NTH in Trondheim. Jacobsen has served on boards in several offshore and service companies, and is currently chairman of the board of Nautical Technology Consultants AS, Specialist Subsea Services Ltd (UK), EXS Subsea AS and Three M AS. Jacobsen is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Bergen, Norway.


Erik Hokholt  - CFO.

Mr. Hokholt is the CEO of Økonomi og Regnskapssystemer AS, as well as working as a private investor. Mr. Hokholt has long experience from banking, accounting and offshore. He has been CFO at PGS and Wavefield Inseis AS, and has also served as CEO at Inseis AS. He has his academic background from Handelshøyskolen BI and Norges Handelshøyskole. Hokholt is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Oppegård, Norway.

       
Peter A. Hooper - VP Operations - Dolphin Geophysical.

Mr Hooper has more than ten years experience in offshore seismic, sub-sea survey, and marine operations. One of the founders of the seismic service company Wavefield AS and Global VP Operations at Wavefield Inseis. SVP Marine Operations at CGGVeritas following Wavefield purchase. Hooper has also held senior positions with Geoconsult and Multiwave Geophysical; Combining many years offshore experience with several years working in senior Project Manager roles onshore. Hooper holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Aberdeen and a post Graduate Diploma in Hydrographic Surveying from the University of Plymouth. Mr. Hooper is a British citizen, with residence in Bergen, Norway.

Tim Wells - President Western Hemisphere - Dolphin Geophysical.

Mr. Wells began his career in the industry in 1977, and joined Digicon Geophysical in Houston in 1981 as a Processing Geophysicist. In 1988, he was promoted to manage North and South American Processing, before he moved to Singapore, where he became Manager of Regional Processing and later President for the APAC Region. Tim served as President and COO of VeritasDGC after the merger with Veritas in 1999. He held this position until the company was acquired by CGG in 2007. Post acquisition he held the position of President of the Western Hemisphere for CGGVeritas. Mr. Wells is a US citizen, with residence in Houston, Texas.

Phil Suter – VP Sales & Marketing – Dolphin Geophysical.

Mr. Suter commenced his career as a geophysicist with Seiscom Delta in 1973. In 1978 he joined Geco, and held several senior processing and marketing positions until the company was acquired by Schlumberger in 1990. Following the acquisition, Suter was Exploration Services Director for EMEA for 10 years, before he joined Paradigm Geophysical as Geoscience Director. In 2006, he joined Wavefield as Marketing Director until the company was acquired by CGGVeritas in 2009.

Bjarne Stavenes - VP Technical – Dolphin Geophysical.

Mr. Stavenes has 20 years of experience in the seismic industry with several contractors including Western Geco,  Multiwave and Wavefield. In Wavefield l he held a position as Vessel Conversion Manager, responsible for project management and delivering of 6 convertions / newbuild. Before taking the position in Wavefield he had 15 years offshore experience.  Stavenes holds a BS in electronics from HIT, Porsgrunn, Norway.

Ketil Sundal - Financial Officer – Dolphin Group.

Mr. Sundal joined Dolphin in January 2010. He is a state authorized auditor and holds an MBA from NHH. He has 8 years of experience from auditing and consulting in Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. Mr. Sundal has previously held positions as vice president of Finance in Western Bulk and corporate risk manager in I.M. Skaugen SE. Mr Sundal is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Oslo, Norway.

Hugo Kohmann - Chief Operating Officer – Dolphin Interconnect Solutions.

Mr. Kohmann is responsible for all interconnect business. He has key knowledge of the Dolphin SW and HW and its applications and general software industry knowledge and extensive customer and partner contact. He has 18 years of industry experience and holds a Master of Science from the University of Oslo in computer science. Mr. Kohmann is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Oslo, Norway.
